Up for sale is a very nice and fully functional Harmon-Kardon Stand alone CD Recorder. It features two cd trays. One only plays the other both plays and records. I used this unit to record records onto cds. I found that the sound from records recorded on the cds sounded better than store bought cds of the same recording. You can also use it to make dubs of other prerecorded cds by placing them in the play only tray. It will make duplicates at speeds up to 4X.

I do not have the remote for it but all the features of the unit are accessible from the buttons and switches on the front panel. Remotes for the unit show up on eBay all the time and I believe that any Harmon-Kardon CDR unit remote will work with it.

One thing to be aware of with any stand alone cd recorder is that they require blank cd-r Audio or Music cds to record on. The regular cd-r discs that you use to record on a computer will not work. I have owned Marantz and Phillips stand alone cd recorders as well as Harmon Kardon and they are all like this. This is by design. There is a small royalty fee that the makers of the cd music and audio disks pay to the music companies since they assume that you will be making copies of copy righted material. I found that the Sony brand of blank cd audio or music cds worked the best in all of my units.
