For your consideration is this Black Forrest Women figurine from the Erzgebirge region in Germany.

She is carved from wood and hand painted by the famous Wendt and Kuhn company. This "Knauldame" is retired and dates back to the 1920s.

Condition: the front rim of her hat is missing, there is a crack in the rim, too. Also one of her hair parts in the back is missing.  She shows multiple areas of paint loss from age, but is still charming and extremely rare!

Nice addition to your Erzgebirge collection. Marked with a "Germany" stamp.

Size: about 6 1/2" tall and the base is 4 1/4" wide.
