Summary

One of the best game rods on the market, designed to tackle the toughest of fish like Marlin, Sail Fish, Tuna, Barracuda, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish and Shark. Black Marlin's continues to upgrade their rods and the 2017 models are no exception, built with a new custom designed carbon composite blank with heavy walls providing ultimate power and strength for fast hook setting.

The 2017 standup model SII is now equipped with Pacific Bay R Silver rollers and Tip Top that provide increased knot clearance. Pacific Bay rollers are made with Teflon coated stainless steel bearings and a stainless steel frame and have proven the test of time. The longer extended EVA foregrip is underpinned with Pacific bay stand-up interchangeable butts available in straight or bent are machined from marine grade aluminium and anodized for ultimate strength, durability, corrosion proof and resistant against scratching. The rods are finished of with BMA's signature black and silver threading and elite workmanship throughout.

These rods are custom built for solid hookups, control and power for trolling Australia's endless deep blue oceans, whether your a pro or recreational angler these models introduce outstanding performance and value.

LOCAL PICKUP
  • As our warehouse is unattended we do not offer local pickup at present

WARRANTY DURATION
  • 12mth Warranty on all products we sell, with extended 3 year warranty on selected BuyIt Now products stipulated within the listings. Our products are tried and tested and of the highest quality, we love fishing and stand by the products we sell.
WHAT DO WE COVER
  • Our warranty covers you against dead on arrive faulty or defected items for up to 12 months from a valid dated proof of original purchase.
    If this does occur, please contact us immediately and we will look to repair or replace the item at our expense see full terms and conditions for details.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER
  • Our warranty does not cover damages in transit, we pack and make every effort to ensure your products are sent safely but insurance is required to protect you against lost or damaged items in transit. In our ten years of operations this has occurred 3 times but if it does occur we will liaise with the couriers and help you see it through.
  • Damage due to misuse, most of our rods are made with carbon fiber/ graphite and in particular the lighter ranges can be extremely sensitive to misuse. Although unbreakable under normal conditions of use carbon/ graphite rods more so are susceptible to high sticking, pulling down on the tip when testing flex, going outside rod recommended lines and weights or pulling back on a snagged line incorrectly
  • Accidents, these do happen and although not covered we may in some cases be able to replace tips or repair the rod for you just contact us we will help
  • Neglect, alteration or normal wear and tear.

We do our best to make it safe for you to purchase online and regardless of the issue we will work with you to resolve it as best we can.

  • We offer a 14 day returns policy from date of purchase encase you change your mind or realized you bought the wrong item on Buyit now products, we can refund price of item or exchange and restocking fee 10% and associated postage charges will apply.
  • For Auctions we will accept returns within 14 days of posting date, although we will have to charge a restocking fee of 20% and associated postage costs.
  • Please contact us immediately if your product is damaged in transit or faulty and keep the packaging for re-posting, see full terms and conditions for detailed instructions.
  • We take every precaution to ensure your products is protected but for peace of mind we recommend taking insurance to avoid disappointment, contact us for a quote.
