This is a Visions Corning Ware 7 inch Fry Pan with lid. 

The pan measures just under 7.5 inches in diameter and has 'VISIONS CORNING U.S.A. 6' on the handle. 

The pan also has the waffled bottom. The lid has "PYREX  V1.5C" on the rim. 

This fry pan set shows very little wear with no chips or cracks but we do recommend you wash it thoroughly before using it.
