Shipping Charges:
Please use the above ebay provided shipping rate calculator for both inside and outside the Continental US.
Carrier & Address:
Our preferred carrier is UPS for all continental US shipments. USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express International is our preferred method for all other shipments outside the continental US internationally.
A physical address is required from all buyers unless previously arranged between buyer and seller.
Customer Account Shipping:
Customer arranged shipping for most carriers is also available. Please inquire before the listing ends so that we can accommodate this service.
Return Policy
Warranty:
All our pre-owned equipment carries our standard 6 month no hassle warranty unless otherwise specified in listing details. If the item becomes defective within your warranty period call our toll free number at 1-888-490-36451-888-490-3645 FREE. We will arrange a replacement or in house credit (based on current stock availability otherwise in house credit will be issued), credit card is required in case the defective unit is not received.
· Returned items must not have any signs of abuse, intentional damage, signs of being dropped or weather damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers and MAC addresses. Units are also tested for surge damage caused by lightning, power and Ethernet.
· Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
· Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
· Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a mistake on the seller's behalf.
If the merchandise is not received while we have provided a tracking number, please contact us to file a claim with the carrier.
Cancellation:
If you change your mind for any reason like wrong bids, emergency cases, incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of listing on eBay, labor and devaluation upon mutual agreement for returning the item and a positive feedback should be left before we cancel the auction.
Shipping Damages:
If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with carrier and request them to inspect the package.
Note: A refund will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
