When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a good "above average" rating, but eBay considers this a sub-par mark.
Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 average or above, or else be penalized with higher fees & worse.

ALL products that we ship out of country are put inside of a box before they are then put into a bubble envelope and this adds additional weight but has stopped items from all breakage so far.
