We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been paid for, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday. At this time, we only ship USPS Priority Mail to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate physical address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a delay in your shipment.

Return Policy:

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their items. We inspect and fully test each item that we sell. However, mistakes do happen and there may be issues when you receive your item. Don't worry, we're here to help. We encourage our customers to inspect their items physical and functional condition upon receipt to ensure that it conforms to the description of the item purchased.

All of our products come with a 30 day return/exchange guarantee (except for items advertised as broken). If we have a replacement item in stock, we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a refund. Often times, our technicians are able to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to solve the problem. Please note that any items that do not state in the listing that a new battery has been installed will not be accepted for return/exchange based on the life of the battery.

You Received the Wrong Item:

If the item you received does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days of receipt so that we can help.

You Don't Agree With the Condition of Your Item:

Upon receiving your item, if you feel that the item you received is not consistent with our grading scale, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt.

Your Item Doesn't Function Properly:

If you received your item and you find that it does not function properly, contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will issue you a replacement or a refund based on available inventory.

Return Process:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved for a return, you will receive an email with return instructions and in some cases, a prepaid return label.

Please note that: 

All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. our products are marked and if we receive then with out the initials we marked we will refuse the return.

Items that are altered in any way (including locking of unlocked phones) will not be accepted

Buyers who simply do not want their item or bought the wrong item are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the item.
