Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is not negociable. Please, don't waste time to ask. If you don't agree with the shipping cost, please do not buy.

Combined Shipping

We can offer a combined shipping but under certain conditions. Before to buy multiple items in a row, please ask how much would be the shipping cost. In that case, we won't have a misunderstood situation.

Tracking Information

We do not offer a tracking number because it is too expensive in Canada. If you want to have one, please ask cost before bidding or buying.

International Shipping and Delay

The shipping delay is generally very long from Canada. We ship all items by Canada Post. It is also generally more expensive than other countries. When we say for example more or less 2 weeks, it could be 10 days or 1 month. It depends on multiple incontrolable situations and conditions. There are also multiples custom borders to pass. And, all Custom Duties and Fees must be paid by the buyer.

Canada Post is not our company. We are not responsible of any frustrating situation of any kind coming from this company. We are only responsible of the quality of item sold. So, negative feedback for external uncontrolable situations is not receivable. We will automaticly ask a revision to this until a positive agreement.
