Active Q10 is coenzyme Q10 in its so-called reduced form. In the human body, Q10 is available in two  chemical forms that are closely related, chemically speaking: Regular, oxidized Q10 and reduced "active"  Q10. Once Q10 gets absorbed in the body, most of it gets converted from the regular form to the active form.  In young and healthy individuals 90-95 percent of the body’s Q10 is in the form of active Q10.

BioActive Q10 Ubiqinol is a capsule preparation with the active form of Q10 (ubiquinol) dissolved in  vegetable oil. The product is aimed at those who because of their age or health problems may not be able to  benefit fully from regular Q10. The good absorption of the Bio-Quinone Q10 is further improved with  BioActive Q10. By using Ubiquinol Q10 you need no activating enzymes in the gut. It is pre-activated and  without this intermediate step it can be utilized directly in the body. This leads to faster and better  absorption and results from BioActive Q10 Uniqinol. Especially smokers and those with chronic conditions  have a reduced conversion of ubiqinon to ubiquinol. This directly available form of Q10 is recommended for  these groups.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

If you win more than one of my auctions or buy-it-nows, I usually post all the games together. European / other International customers - postage costs should be provided, but if you're not sure, feel free to ask. If you buy more than one item, I always combine postage costs from as little as £1 per additional item! (Large items will be more, unboxed games, figures or pin badges will be a lot less.) Please do not pay before I have sent you an invoice for the total amount, as this may delay postage of your order!

PACKAGING

I *always* pack my items carefully, with plenty of padding (and cardboard boxes for large / fragile items) to ensure they will reach you undamaged. I collect retro games myself, and understand the importance of this - I will never send a parcel that I wouldn't be happy to receive!

DISPATCH TIME

99% of the time I dispatch items no later than 2 working days* after payment has cleared, and will notify you through eBay when your parcel is on its way, along with any tracking information (provided for orders sent by Recorded, Special Delivery, International Signed For and DHL Courier). Should your order be delayed for any reason, I will message you as soon as possible to let you know.

* Working days are Monday-Friday, and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all UK Bank Holidays. Items will also be subject to delay in the event of Postal strikes or ISP difficulties, and may also be held up by public transport delays or cancellations.
