Sablon #4 BMW 2000 CS​ .

This is a fantastic model of one of the most attractive BMW cars of all time. Many legendary 1960s toy makers made toys of this great car. Among the 1/43 producers, Politoys and Mebetoys in Italy, Gama and Marklin of Germany, Soldio and Sablon are the most famous. Politoys version was disappointing, Mebetoys was plain. Gama was ok but had no clear headlights. Marklin was good but the tires not so nice. Solido was the best and the rallye versions were fantastic, and Sablon was just as good except the tires had the typical reaction between the rubber and plastic hubs. Sablon issued two colors, red and silver, this being the latter one.

The item is all original, complete in near mint condition considering it is a Sablon and the tire/hubs reaction is normal. 

It generally displays better than the pictures.
