Generally, any time of day is fine. We do recommend that you try to take Flintstones at the same time each day to develop a routine. Some people can experience some stomach discomfort due to the minerals in multivitamins. If this is the case, we recommend taking the vitamin after a meal.
Your body will absorb as much of the water soluble vitamins as needed (all B and C vitamins) and the excess amounts are excreted through your urine. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are stored in fat cells and in your liver. Your body controls the amount absorbed; you get increased absorption when there are vitamin deficiencies in your diet.
