Not happy with your items?  We are sorry to hear that!  If you desire to return you items, we are happy to accept the return as long as it is within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Please contact us through eBay messages in order to get and RGA# (Returned Good Authorization Number), which is required for all returns!  Any packages without and RGA# will be rejected.  Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping costs.  It is important that all items are returned in re-sale condition with all the original packaging (protective foam wrapping, hardware kits, and/or instruction sheets).  A restocking fee may apply and the fee is unique according to specific transaction details. 

Did the items arrive broken? Did we send the wrong items?

If the items arrived broken please send us a few pictures of the damage acquired during shipping.  We will happily get replacements sent out.  It is important to understand that we are human and we make mistakes.  If you feel that we sent the wrong items please send a picture of the items up against your vehicle and include the part number found on the box/packaging.
