Up for grabs is the new custom painted 2017 S-Works Tarmac from Specialized. You can either purchase the whole bike for $9500 or purchase the frame-set, which includes stem, handlebar, and seat-post for $4000. Please note that if you go for this option wheels, groupset, ,chain, crankset, and pedals are excluded.
