Here is a vintage Waterman Ideal fountain Pen. It is a Brown Bakelite barrel and cap. It is marked 9k gold band marked FDW with the intials R.R. Barrel is marked Pat'd 1884, May 23, 1899, Pen. N.Y. Aug 4, 1903. The nib is marked Waterman Ideal. This pen needs a new ink sac and maybe some work to the filler lever but is in good condition.
