Up for sale is a pre-owned Daiwa Certate 3000 spool. It has been used previously so does show signs of use such as impressions/scratches on the top drag washer made from the drag knob, minor dings and scratches, minor corrosion, and fading of the lettering. The buyer may want to freshen up the drag washers, but the drag worked fine before this was removed from the reel. Overall it functions as designed and the line keeper is intact.
