Item comes as shown. This is my personal collection of the second trading figure game set. There were only ever 2 starter sets officially. These are 6 of the 8 figures that came in those starter sets (missing the two trainer figures: green and Landon) all have original bases and if you need spinner bases for them let me know and i can dig some out with black and or white lock in rings.
