An antique stoneware elephant handle vase from the Mettlach (Villeroy & Boch) factory the design often attributed to Christopher Dresser. The vase is beautifully decorated against a striking blue ground and has elephant handles to either side. To the base is the Mettlach impressed mark along with the impessed number 2651. A wonderful piece that would enhance any quality collection.
