We sell New and Used books (and very occasionally other items too); used books are graded by us according to or exceeding trade norms, but all gradings are nevertheless opinions only. Pictures shown are usually of the actual item we are offering, but are occasionally 'Stock Pictures' provided by Ebay, or other copies held by us - please read all of the item description as well ! We welcome all genuine enquiries and will answer them with personal emails, not standardised ones. We value politeness and so will always be polite - we expect our customers to be polite too !

Payment

We only accept PayPal payment for our Ebay orders. Please see payment details in the 'P&P and Payments' section. Overseas buyers please note that should the packed weight of your item exceed 1 Kg we reserve the right to ship via 'Economy', or cancel, or request extra postage prior to fulfilling the order.

Shipping

All our books sold through eBay UK qualify for FREE domestic shipping. This means that the headline price you see is what you pay. Nevertheless, a price discount of £1.50p PER ITEM, after the first item, is available for multiple orders made at the same time to the same UK address - this is not an automatic process, so please ASK at the time of ordering. Overseas buyers please enquire regarding overseas postage rates, as they are dependent upon the packed book weight and destination - NOTE that we reserve the right to cancel accepted orders from overseas if the advertised postage rate is insufficient (your full payment would be refunded).

Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Contact us via eBay with any problems that you may have regarding the order . Any defects, damage, or material difference from the item description must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 14 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will, subject to OUR discretion, be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all associated costs incurred by us.
