- Harley Davidson Touring Vented Fairing Lowers Factory Painted. These are the old style lowers they have a small vent on each lower, I don't know if these factory done or if this was a kit Harley offered as a option for the lowers back in the day. The lowers are all working they do have some nicks and scratchs but the vents full work. These lowers should fit 1988 thru 2013 Touring models. The color is a Red-Maroon color and these do have the glove boxes with them.
