SHIPPING

• We usually ship within 1 business day after payment is cleared. Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not business days.
• Free shipping is applied to orders shipped within the U.S. continental 48 states. 
  
• Buyers shipping orders to PO Box, APO/FPO, HI, AK, PR, MP, and all other U.S. Territories please contact us beforehand for additional shipping cost in your payment.
• International buyers are responsible for all duties, customs charges, and/or brokerage fees in their respective countries. Please do your research before making a purchase.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number that will assist you in determining the estimated delivery date of your package.

RETURNS

• Returns are ONLY accepted with intact seal or 15-20% restocking fee would apply. 
• Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
• If the item is defective, we will assist you with having the unit replaced under Manufacturer Warranty.
