Later sold as X-Rite this is an essential tool for calibrating your laptop or desktop monitor. I am the original owner and only user. It comes as shown in it's original packaging with all the accessories. You'll want to download the latest software from X Rite to get the best out of this. I'm only selling as I closed down my business and no longer need this. The USB cable is a little sticky due to the style of cable they used but it still works ok, just so you're not surprised on receipt, they all are like this. Thanks for looking! You will receive an invoice from me within 24 hours of the close of auction with your total to pay. Please wait for your invoice if you have won more than one item as I will combine shipping costs where practical. International Bidders: Please wait for your personalized invoice with your country specific shipping costs before sending your payment.  Shipping Information For most US packages I ship by USPS Priority mail with USPS Tracking, or by UPS at my discretion. International shipments will by USPS Express Mail International ONLY. EMI is an affordable insured & fully tracked service and is required by Paypal for fraud protection. Please do not ask me to falsify any customs declarations or other documents. The Customs declaration will be for the final selling price of the item. I am not responsible for paying, refunding or determining import taxes and duties on merchandise imposed by Customs on items shipped from the United States. Refer to your own Post Office for applicable taxes/duties. Insurance I pack with extreme care using only the best methods and materials. In the unlikely event of loss or damage I will assist you in making your claim, you are responsible for filing the claim. Please remember that you will need to retain ALL packaging to be able to make a claim. Please do NOT dispose of the box.  Returns Unless the description states the item is being sold AS-IS returns are available only in the case of the item being substantially different from the description. I do not accept returns if you change your mind after receipt. You must notify me of any problem within 14 days of the date of shipping for US buyers and 20 days from the date of shipping for International buyers. To enable me to give you a refund please contact me prior to returning the item. Once we have agreed on a return and I have received the item back in the same condition as dispatched I will issue you a refund for the amount you paid for the item less shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in either direction. Reimbursement will be made upon receipt and inspection of item. Please be advised that you are responsible for using proper packaging and purchasing tracking and insurance at the post office when returning an item to me.
