Package includes: bodypack transmitter, receiver, power supply, Shure WA304 locking cable, 2 removable 1/4-wavelength antennas

Cosmetically, there's a small chip missing near the battery compartment (see photo) and some fraying around the barrel of the original power supply (see photo) but neither interfere w/ function. Works great!
