Rent a Studio Condo Unit at The Castaways Beach  Resort.  This Condo is on the Beach side of Daytona.  Pick any week that you want in 2017(other than special event weeks (listed below)-see our other listing for these). Calendar below will show available weeks and will be updated weekly or as purchased. All weeks start at 2pm on any Saturday and end at 10am one week later on Saturday. Days and weeks are adjustable depending on your travel and stay wishes. Let me know.Purchase using "Buy it Now" and include the week(if labeled "OPEN"), and not an *special event week*, that you want in the email memo to me. I will verify reply to you and then relabel the week as "unavailable"  in the calendar before relisting so there can be no duplicate weeks purchased by mistake.

 This Studio Unit that sleeps 4.  Two Queen Size beds.  Living room, TV(Brand new 32" flatscreen on swivel mount installed in Feb.), Air Conditioning/heater(Brand new Amanna installed in Feb.), Closet, Bathroom - Tub with Shower, Ironing Board and Iron, Full Kitchen - Sink, Cook top, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster - and all the Dishes - Pots and Pans and Forks Knives and Spoons that you will need. Balcony with view of pool and beach (has table and chairs).Laundry room on site.Workout room(newly redone), Community room(newly redone).****Building has WiFi****. Vending and ice machines on site.   

Call me to check on the week that you want before purchasing, (if you want to), but the calendar in the listing will be accurate and up to date.  After Payment I will email confirmation and details.  In the event of a double booking for a specific week we will contact you for other available dates or refund payment.
