If applying ZymaDerm^TM  for Molluscum Contagiosum near the eye, take extra care that just enough is applied to the molluscum lesion to moisten it, but not to allow any ZymaDerm^TM  for Molluscum Contagiosum to run off into the eye.  By using the head of a pin (not the sharp tip), you may apply a small amount with accuracy.  A blow dryer on “low” will help to dry the ZymaDerm^TM  for Molluscum Contagiosum quickly.

Some of the molluscum bumps may turn red with ZymaDerm^TM  for Molluscum Contagiosum use, which is expected and continue application as long as intense, persistent, itchiness or discomfort is not experienced.

ZymaDerm^TM for Molluscum Contagiosum should be applied directly on the molluscum bumps and contact with normal skin should be minimal.  Spills on the skin should be washed with soap and water; eyes should be flushed with water; accidental ingestion should receive supportive care; and counter tops may be cleaned with rubbing alcohol.
