Combine shipping Canada: 
For lighter weight and not bulky items like T shirts, pants, dresses, sweatshirt, light weight sweater ,we normally charge the item with the most expensive shipping on your purchase list first, then only charge $1 extra for each additional item. If it's heavy and bulky item like jacket, shoes and heavy knit sweater etc, we will have to charge by size and weight calculated by Canada post. Please wait for our combined invoice first.


Combine shipping USA: 


Combined shipping will be based on items total shipping weight and size. Most of the time additional light weight clothing item cost approx $3 shipping cost per piece. 
We offer few shipping option, the lowest shipping option "Small package USA Air" approx $10 normally don't come with tracking number, but will be scanned into postal system. Other option will come with tracking number.

Delivery timing from one to 2 weeks normally, but can be slower due to custom delay or high season like Christmas.

If you want to buy more than one item , please contact us and we'll provide you adjusted invoice with correct shipping cost before you proceed with your payment. 





International shipping:

We ship to most international countries and all APO-FPO addresses. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping charges. 1.No refunds for all underwear, swimwear or any item specified in description of the listing. Refund accepted only we've made mistake in our listing or sending wrong item.

2.Exchanges are allowed (exclude undewear and swimwear). Include a note when shipping your item back to specify what you are exchanging your item for.

3. Exchanges are only allowed once on the original purchase. If your newly exchanged item doesn't fit,  you cannot exchange it for something else. If unsure about sizing, please email me and ask for specific measurements.

4. Buyer to pay for return shipping both ways.

5. Item must be in original  brand new and unwashed condition with no makeup / deodorant stains, and original tags must be attached if applicable.
