Shipping
Orders will usually ship within 1 business day of receiving payment.
We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Combined Shipping
We will combine shipping if you are ordering more than one item. Please request an invoice showing the combined shipping charges before you pay.
If you do not wait for an invoice to pay I cannot combine your orders.
Payment
We accept PayPal and all orders must be paid within 24 hours.
Feedback
Feedback is very important to us. We want to do everything possible to make sure our customers are happy. We will usually leave you feedback within 24 hours of payment. Once you have received your product please leave us feedback also. If you have any problems with your product please contact us before leaving your feedback.
Returns
Please contact us if you need to return an item. All non-defective returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Non-defective returns will be refunded minus any shipping charges (if your shipping was free we will deduct our charges for originally shipping the item to you.)
