UK DELIVERY
UK orders are dispatched with MyHermes and Royal Mail 48, these have the same delivery time as Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery times for these can take between 3-6 days, If your item hasn't arrived after 7 days then please contact us. We offer an express option on many of our listings, express orders will arrive within 1-2 days depending on when you order the item. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders under £50 being sent outwith the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 weeks to countries within the EU but this is not a gurantee and may take up to 4 weeks. For countries outwith the EU, Royal Mail may take up to 2-5 weeks to arrive. If your item hasn't arrived within this time then please contact us.
PURCHASED IN ERROR
Customers can cancel their order within 14 days of purchase, the item must be sent back to us in its original packaging and undamaged for a refund to be issued. In this instance, the redelivery cost will not be refunded as the item was mistakenly purchased or the customer has made a fault in their purchase.
DAMAGED
