For your consideration is this Icom IC-2720H dual-band ham radio.

Included is the radio body, radio head with bracket, mic & mic cord, cable that connects the body to the head (with the ferrite), and power cable as seen in pics above.  Sorry, the little screws that connect the head to the head bracket are missing in action, but I'm sure you could replace those easily, if needed.  The head does NOT have the "jumps the wrong way when you turn the DIAL knob" problem.

I did a full reset, then tested power output (with a Diamond SX-400).  Everything appears to be in full operational order.  It sounds fine on-the-air, and received signals sound good.  I'm offering a full 7-day guarantee -- if it doesn't work right for you, send it back (at your expense) and I'll refund the full purchase price + the shipping you paid -- your responsibility is to transmit only into a properly-turned antenna.  :-)
