Exterior Side Pockets, Protective Metal Feet, and a Interior Zip-Close Center Divider Pocket.  Strap inside the bag, as shown in the pictures, I assume to maybe put keys.  Also comes with a bag for storage.  I am not sure what you would call the color.  I would say a Dark Taupe or Light Brown.

Bag has never been used.  Comes from a smoke-free home.
