Caravan for sale.
Good family sized caravan suitable for 5 people,lovely and clean, only used twice in 3 years.

Bed arrangements as follows: double bed or two singles  at the front.
Smaller double, or single with bunk over  at the rear of the van.
Medium table at the front with a larger one in the kitchen locker, small table at rear. All mattresses and cushions included, all curtains and blinds originals. Fly blinds and sun blinds on all windows.

Bathroom as follows: Cassette toilet with swivel bowl, basin with mixer tap raiser doubles up as a shower head. shower tray on floor and shower curtain enclosure.

Kitchen as follows: 4 hob gas cooker, gas oven and separate gas grill, glass doors, pan storage at base. sink with drainer and mixer tap. Refrigerator with ice box

Other features:
* Fitted carpet removable for cleaning. We never actually used it but have placed it down for the photos
* Central Heating and fan convection heater.
* Fitted Milano lock to door for extra security, hitch lock and wheel lock.
* Awning light
* Smoke alarm fitted and carbon monoxide alarm.
* Motor mover fitted to make pitch moving so much easier.
* Electric lead.
* TV point and aerial.
* Room for two gas cylinders.
* Footprint/carpet for awnings
* Awning... summer use one light weight porch type, great for sitting out in and extending living space. Very light and airy - used once, see photo.

We are selling this on behalf of our mother. Pick up from the Skegness, Lincolnshire Coastal area. Bidding to buy not to look. (I dont have the time to conduct tours, sorry)

Its been in professional caravan storage since august 2015 and hasn't been out since, so is a bit dusty and could probably do with a clean up before use. Not dirty or anything just dusty. Its been under a cover since being place in storage. (cover not included in sale)

Genuine reason for sale: Its now too large for what we need, so a smaller model has been bought.
