Shipping
Upon auction completion, please pay the full auction invoice including; auction item, sales tax (Texas 8.25%), shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
- All items ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Mail only - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- eAuctionWorx does not profit from shipping fees. Actual shipping charges will apply.
- Items will be shipped within one business day of verified payment receipt.
- Every auction item is packaged using new or like-new corrugated boxes and/or Tyvec padded shipping envelopes then carefully packaged with bubble wrap, packaging paper and/or Styrofoam peanuts.
- Packaging/shipping supplies are included in the auction invoice total.
- eAuctionWorx will contact the buyer if the cost for packaging exceeds our estimates and/or the additional costs will be stated in the auction description.

All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee against damage and/or defect. Upon physical inspection, if the item is not accurately described or arrives DOA; eAuctionWorx, in most cases, will refund your purchase price. eAuctionWorx reserves the right to refund shipping charges and associated costs on a case-by-case basis.
