Nikon D40 with rubber case and Nikon strap, 18-55 mm lens, battery, battery charger and charging cable. 1 gb memory SanDisk card included. 18-135 mm lens included as well but it will not adjust. If you can fix the focus I believe the lens is fine. Cannon camera bag also included with adjustable organization and many outside and inside zippers for smaller items. This has been a great little slr but I do not use enough to justify keeping it. Camera works great!
