These helmets have not been used, they are brand new, but have small imperfections on the shell like paint runs, dust marks, slight chips/scuffs. They are shipped securely with bag and in a box but not the original helmet box. 

One off helmets, once sold no more available. 3 months return to base warranty. You return it we will repair and return.

Other than that these are absolute bargains.
