Vintage Mattel 1958 Barbie doll.  Marked "Mattel Inc. 1958 on the back of her head and "Barbie 1958-1993 Mattel, Inc. Malaysia" on her back.

She has rooted light brown hair - no missing plugs.  You can see she has a ponytail but the original band is missing.  Hair is in shiny condition.

Painted side glancing blue eyes with heavy make up.   Nude.  Gold hoop earrings.  Has red fingernails and toenails.

I played with Barbie dolls when I was a child but never collected them.  Therefore, I paid no attention to their markings to know what these markings mean.  

Needs spot cleaning - got her from an estate and has been stored for years.  As you can see in the pics, she has yellowish staining on her front and back chest.  There are small markings on her right shoulder.  These may come out with a good cleaning.  No odor.
