Antique Russian Imperial Silver Enamel Cloisonné Easter Egg 2.5 inches 

A very beautiful Antique Russian Imperial Silver Enamel Cloisonné Easter Egg box in excellent condition.The enamel is in a polychrome floral and geometric pattern. The piece has the Russian 84 mark. 

The egg is fully marked on both halves with "84" and "ЯР" for Yakov Rozen, Розен Яков Михайлович.

This is a typical Russian cloisonné enamel Easter gift of the early 20th century. The egg is the symbol of the resurrection for the orthodox church.

Date 20th century 

The egg measures 2'1/2 inches tall and weights 80.1 grams.
