For your consideration is a excellent condition mens stainless steel Rolex Datejust watch w/ steel Oyster band. Ref.1603. Circa. 1970's.
The dial is original in silver color with "Sigma" solid white gold baton hour markers and white gold original baton hands. Calendar date at 3. The dial is in excellent vintage condition.
The case is in stainless steel with steel engine turned bezel, original Rolex acrylic crystal, original steel Rolex crown and screw down case back. Some light scratches on the case and some wear on the original over 40 year old crystal can be found.
Complimenting the case is a more modern and perhaps changed at Rolex service, mint condition stainless steel Rolex ref. 78350 Oyster band with steel Rolex folding clasp. The band has complete 13 links with a very tight clasp and its extremely tight. This band feel less than a year old! From the code (G) stamp on the clasp, this band dates to 1982. Mint condition.
The movement is a hIgh grade Rolex cal. 1570 automatic (non-quickset) movement. Telling good time when checked after 1 day.
