As stated in our EBAY policy we do accept returns with no questions asked BUT you must inform us that you are returning the item and you must send us the tracking number (or photo of the label) as soon as you ship the item. The item needs to be returned well packed and by the same method and rate that it was shipped, including insurance if applicable. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and refund the purchase price if it is in its original,
as shipped condition.
Terms of sale: We shop extensively at flea markets and estate sales. In the description of each item is stated the condition of the item, New or Pre- Owned. Every effort is made to disclose any damage, manufacturing flaws or blemishes. Pictures are included showing all imperfections we recognize. We may miss an imperfection that is important to you, please ask a question before bidding on the item and every effort will be made to provide you with a knowledgeable answer.
This is a NO SMOKING household and it always has been. Occasionally I purchase an item of interest that might have an odor. This will be disclosed. Any needed repairs, i.e., broken zippers or spent elastic will also be disclosed.

-Because we list at a relatively consistent high volume, vintage clothing items and textiles are listed in their acquired condition; that is, will not be cleaned unless necessary, to provide the lowest cost possible to our customers. Careful cleaning and pressing is always recommended upon receipt of item. We provide cleaning recommendations in our listings.
If the listing features a vintage item, that item will be categorized as “Excellent Pre-owned Condition” (EXC) if: 1) major stress points (including neckline, underarm, shoulder, waist. center back, collar edges, sleeve ends, and hem edges) are almost completely void of any obvious worn areas. Any other flaws will be photographed and will be included in the item description.
Items listed as Very Very Good Condition (VVGC) are usually custom made, unique and unusual items that we hesitate to donate to charity before listing once on ebay. Sometimes these are true gems, future heirlooms.
It is to be expected that vintage garments, especially pre-1975, will not be in pristine condition. If any flaws are overlooked, it is not intentional. We work diligently with our customers to clarify and correct any unintentional oversights. We will also disclose any alterations by the previous owner.
