All of the items we sell come with a 12 month warranty whether new or refurbished. In the event that a part fails within the 12 month period, we’ll replace, repair or refund you depending on the options available.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

All new items have never been used. Due to the age of some of the new surplus items, they may be without an original box or in an unsealed box. For an originally sealed boxed part, please double check with us.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We service and test each item before it leaves our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for despatch of your goods. If you need them urgently, please contact us before purchase.
