U.S. SHIPPING
We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers when necessary in order to preserve discount levels, meet delivery expectations or in other reasonable circumstances. Please notify us if a specific shipping carrier or shipping method is preferred. We strive to ship order within one business day after receiving payments. Tracking service is included in all U.S. shippings. Insurance costs extra, and it is optional.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International S&H for single item (not more than 5 oz, and not more than $50.00 U.S.) is  to Canada and  to other foreign countries without insurance and tracking service. Actual S&H may vary depends on weight, size and destination of the item(s). We will not be able to provide actual S&H before your purchase is completed. However, an estimated S&H prior to purchase will be available through email. Insurance and tracking service are available with premier shipping methods, and therefore cost extra. Returns made without receiving an Return Authorization (RA) number will not be refunded. All RA numbers must appear on the shipping label. Write the RA number on a separate paper and tape it on the box you are returning. Do not mark the actual box.
Returned products on all open merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered. In the instance that return shipping charges are refunded, we will only refund for ground shipping charges, and a receipt must be provided.
