  • We will ship all items marked free shipping for free within the United States (US) including shipping to Global Shipping Centers within the US.

Q: Do you charge for shipping outside US?

We will gladly ship to locations within the Global Shipping Program. However, we only pay for free shipping to the Global Shipping Program location. Any additional shipping expenses will be covered by the buyer.       

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: 
We gladly accept returns for buyers remorse only if the item is in the same condition it's in - in the listing images. Please note: There is up to a 15% restock fee for returned items. We do not accept returns for items listed For Parts or Not Working. Please review all item description and images before purchasing.  

Q: Do you accept offers for your products listed in auctions?
A: 
Once an item has been listed and has a bid, we generally will not accept an offer on it unless it is worth our efforts to do so. With that being said, we generally have multiples of items that may not be listed so please feel free to Contact Us regarding additional items.

  • Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase         
  • Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
