Allows Yakushiji Saaya to transform into Cure Ange and it allows her to use "Heart Feather!"

When inserted into the Mirai Pad, it produces doctor uniforms for the girls to wear

It was exclusively as a limited item with a purchase of the PreHeart toy and other toys that are released in the first month.
