All items are shipped in large plain, discrete mailer envelopes or shipping bags. Items may get wrinkled in shipping but are usually removed to some degree when flattened. Buyers understand bags are paper and theres a good chance they will arrive with a few wrinkles due to shipping. Monitor colors may vary. Items returned to sender as undeliverable will incur an additional shipping fee to resend the item to the buyer and will not be re-sent until paid. Buyers refusing to pay the additional shipping fee within 30 days of being contacted by seller on a Return to Sender package will forfeit the items original cost as well as the original cost to ship the item and the item will then be relisted. Items marked 'delivered' by tracking are considered delivered & any claims become the responsibility of the postal carrier and not the seller.
