If our staff is required to provide a passport or enhanced driver's license and has to idle in our vehicle for hours in order to enter your country then you are international. This includes Canada. All domestic orders over $100 (prior to shipping costs) will be given free shipping. Free shipping will be given to international orders totaling more than $125. We will apply the refund upon receipt of payment. This includes combined orders.
