If the item was not as described upon receipt and you would like a refund please request one through ebay. Once we receive the item from the buyer in its original, undamaged packaging, a full refund will be given along with return postage.
If a refund is wanted, due to a buyer changing there mind, a refund will again be processed once the item has been returned in its original, undamaged packaging, however the buyer will have to bear the cost of return postage.
