Many of our earring designs allow you to tailor your chosen design to exactly your style. Simply note the upgrades available for that design (see explanations below), go to our upgrade category on our main page, purchase your selection, and we will make your item with your selected option. Too easy!

(Just ensure to check the individual items description box for the options available for that particular design before purchasing - we cannot provide upgrades that are not included for that individual item).

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped within 48 - 72 hours of payment clearing. International items are air mailed.  

Combined postage; We will happily combine postage for items bought over a 5 day period.

Highest priced item at full postage plus $1.10 per additionail item.

Items are carefully packed.  We cannot take any responsibility for items once posted.

All our items are carefully Handmade by the Ivory J Jewellery team in our Sydney workshop.

Terms & Conditions - Please Read Before Bidding or Buying
If you pay for an item, we will post it, usually within 48 hours.  Most times it will reach you within a few days, but every year thousands of postal items go astray – either lost, misdelivered or stolen. Registered Post is offered just above actual cost, (to cover going & lining up at the Post Office..), and insures against loss or damage. We cannot and will not be responsible for items sent via ordinary mail, and will NOT send another item or refund if it is claimed any item/s sent via ordinary mail failed to arrive.

To keep our prices as low as possible, we photograph each design once, and unless marked 'Actual item,' each piece will be made from new materials once purchased. Due to their very nature, all gemstones and handmade findings may vary slightly from that portrayed. We select the best possible materials and reject any with obvious faults or unsightly inclusions, but please be aware if your item contains natural stones or handmade components it may differ slightly from the item shown.

The color/s you see may be affected by your monitor's settings, and/or the photographic process, and items may be enlarged to show detail. To avoid disappointment, please refer to the item description for actual sizes, materials and color/s.

As we endeavour to customise your jewellery, please choose carefully.  If unsure about any of the options provided, please contact us, to answer any queries you may have. 

There is no refund or exchange for wrong choices.

Keep an eye out for new designs, (and the occasional one –offs), as more items will regularly added as we build our ebay shop. So please add our store to your favourite sellers. 

Return Policy
Each item is very carefully handmade, and with reasonable care should last a lifetime. We do not offer refunds on items once purchased. However, to ensure your confidence, we will repair or replace any defective item returned to us within one month of purchase (return postage at your cost). We endeavour to describe and provide as much information as possible to ensure you receive exactly the item you order.
