While taking delivery please open parcel in front of courier person and check product contents. If found part/product missing or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately. After signing the courier POD/DRS copy by you, we cannot raise complaint about missing/damage/broken product with courier company.

Please note: ebay allows us 3 days for shipping after clear payments and delivery period is within 7 days after shipment. Most of the products are in stock with us and we dispatch them in 24 hours in most cases. So, you should be receiving your product between 2 to 10 day's time. You get a full refund if you do not receive the product in 12 to 15 day's.

 

If your area is not serviced, a full refund will be issued within 15  working days by ebay (PaisaPay). No complaints of non-delivery for non-serviceable areas will be entertained.
