dispatch all items with in 24 hours of the payment being cleared
however more often then not if payment clears before 2pm we will
dispatch the item on the same day (except weekends).

Returns and Exchange
♥We have a no quibble policy - if you simply dont like the item or
have any other problem simply return it within 7 days of the delivery
date as long
as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify
us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the
PayPal Account. We do not refund P&P costs only the amount paid
for the garment . Please also ensure that you must have proof of posting
so that in
the case of lost parcels you can claim from Royal Mail).

also happy to exchange the product within 7 days of the payment date as
long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please
notify us before returning the item. We cannot cover the cost of you
returning the item to us however we will cover the cost of resending
you the exchanged item. Please also ensure that you must have proof of
posting . Exchange is only possible stock willing.
