Payment

GL Dameck Ltd trading as Milan Clothing EBay can only supply goods that are ordered through the Milan Clothing EBay store. All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by Paypal. Unfortunately, at present Milan Clothing EBay cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders or cash.

Prices

Every price quoted on our eBay store is in GBP sterling and might be subject to a change. We sell high demand products and prices fluctuate so we reserve our right to change them without prior notice and in accordance to the market.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Milan Clothing on EBay’s control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world any import duty, customs and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. Availability

Although GL Dameck Ltd trading as Milan Clothing strives to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally during busy periods we may not be able to fulfill your order. In these instances we will contact you by telephone, or email to make you aware of the issue. We will aim to offer you an appropriate alternative, however if this is not suitable we will offer you a full refund with our apologies.

Colours

However, GL Dameck Ltd trading as Milan Clothing has no control over its customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Also, some of the products have a 'vintage' or 'distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production. We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in returns and exchanges section, but will not constitute the above as falling into the faulty or wrong items section.

Right to alter Terms and Conditions

All UK orders for items held in stock placed before 10:00am are dispatched on the same day but this can vary during busy periods (especially on Mondays, when we go into sale or when the office has been closed for a period of time ie., Christmas / New Year). European and international orders are shipped via various carriers and can take between 4-15 working days. There may be circumstances beyond our control which may lead to delays. Milan Clothing EBay cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our carriers.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. It's unlikely but there may be occasions where our carriers will try and deliver on Saturdays, but this remains at the control of the courier.

During Christmas our offices will normally be closed. Please make sure you check our store for information on office opening times, web order processing and delivery dates before you place an order. Milan Clothing cannot accept responsibility for customers who expect but don't receive their orders during these times.

You can get a full refund or exchange an item, for any reason, for an alternative product within 14 days of the original receipt (time limit exceptions may be made for orders outside of the UK at our discretion). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition

.* For all UK orders a postage paid returns label and return form will be supplied with your goods and should be used as per the instructions on the return form.

*Shipping charges for the return of goods out of the UK will be paid for by you and we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods.

For refunds please allow 5 - 10 working days for the amount to appear in your PayPal account. Your refund will be made via the original method of payment.
Saleable condition* - when trying on purchases, please wear socks and keep walking around to a minimum and on carpet if essential. Please ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual items washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
We regret we can only exchange sale items in the 14 day period. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Faulty Or Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product please email us via the eBay message system or at ebay@milanclothing.com  your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then send you instructions.
Milan Clothing on EBay will pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods. These charges will be refunded to your PayPal account.
