You are bidding on a Linksys WRT54GS V4 wireless router with a 4-port switch. This unit has the speed booster for faster wireless connection. Latest version of recommended DD-WRT has been installed. We only install latest “stable and production” version of the firmware. It works as ROUTER, Repeater, WiFi Access Point or Bridge.

If you have poor wireless reception in your house or business, you can configure this router as a wireless signal booster/repeater. Place this router in a second optimal location between your first router and your computer and it provides strong (5 bars) signal at the second location. No need to connect an Ethernet cable to this unit. Poor signal quality is the main reason for slow WEB. The good thing about using a repeater is it does NOT require an Ethernet cable. Just connect power.

If you have a DSL or cable modem that does not have wireless, this unit is for you. Using this router, you will be able to connect multiple users to the internet by wireless. In addition unit has 4 additional WIRED ports for wired connection.
