We offer free delivery on all UK orders. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. We anticipate that your order will take between 3 and 5 days to arrive once your payment has cleared.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Amending a Delivery Address

Please be aware that once an order has been placed and payment received, we are unable to make any amendments to the delivery address. The order can only be delivered to the registered address provided when the order was placed.

Delivery Delays

In the unlikely event that your order has been delayed, please allow 14 days before contacting our Customer Care Team at customersupport@wowdiscounts.co.uk. This timeframe allows for postage delays before we send out a replacement or issue a refund.
